Mississippi Works Fund – Employer Workforce Training Grant
The Mississippi Works Fund is a flexible workforce training incentive for new and existing Mississippi employers. Construction and trades employers can use grants to supplement other training resources and offset costs of training new and incumbent workers in skilled trades.

New and existing Mississippi employers creating or retaining jobs. Construction and trades businesses training workers in priority occupations are eligible.
Requirements

- Demonstrate workforce training need for construction or trades occupations
