Maine Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBVI) – Business Enterprise Program
DBVI's Business Enterprise Program provides opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals to operate vending, food service, and other licensed business enterprises on public property in Maine; also supports self-employment through DBVI's VR program for eligible individuals with visual impairments; one of three program units within Maine's Bureau of Rehabilitation Services.

Eligibility
Maine residents with blindness or significant visual impairment who are eligible for DBVI services and interested in self-employment or operating a business enterprise on public property under the Randolph-Sheppard Act.
