About this program
Flex PACE allows communities to support businesses that do not qualify as primary sector businesses, including child care and affordable housing options, by combining community funds with BND interest buydown support.
Eligibility
Any person or entity with a business located in North Dakota may qualify if the local community supports the project and lender requirements are met.
Requirements

- Secure community match for buydown funds
- Use proceeds for real property, equipment, or certain working capital
