About this program
Boston's Community Preservation program awards CPA funds to eligible projects that preserve historic resources, create or preserve affordable housing, protect open space, or support recreation projects across Boston neighborhoods.
Eligibility
Neighborhood groups, nonprofits, public agencies, and project sponsors with eligible Boston projects under the Massachusetts Community Preservation Act categories.
Requirements
- Submit eligibility determination by the stated annual deadline
- Complete invited full application if deemed eligible
- Execute a Community Preservation Grant Agreement if awarded
