Eligibility
Healthcare professionals who locate and practice in underserved areas in Utah. Preference given to sites in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs). Practicing sites must serve underserved and/or rural populations and provide a 20% match.
Requirements

- Must practice in an underserved area or HPSA in Utah
- Three-year service commitment to Utah
