About this program
HI-CAP Invest provides SSBCI investment to eligible venture capital funds committed to investing in Hawaii businesses and strengthening the startup ecosystem.
Eligibility
Venture funds with Hawaii presence, matching capital, and commitment to invest in Hawaii businesses aligned with HTDC and DBEDT priorities may apply.
Requirements
- Submit technical proposal qualifier and RFI application
- Commit matching capital and Hawaii investment
- Meet SSBCI and HTDC fund manager requirements
