North Carolina SCSEP provides paid community-service training and employment support for low-income adults age 55 and older.

Eligibility
Eligible participants are North Carolina residents age 55 or older who are unemployed, have income at or below program limits, and need training or employment support to return to work or become economically self-sufficient.
Requirements
- Be age 55 or older.
- Be unemployed and meet SCSEP income guidelines.
- Apply through North Carolina Division of Aging or an authorized SCSEP provider.
