Eligible New York City-based emerging developers and real estate projects meeting project size, development cost, and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through NYC Business financial assistance channels or fund administrator
- Provide project site, budget, development team, financing plan, ownership, and community impact information
- Complete underwriting, due diligence, loan closing, and compliance requirements
