Reduces interest rates on loans for New York restaurant and food service businesses through state deposits with participating lenders passed along as savings to the borrower.

Eligibility
Existing New York State-based restaurant and food service businesses seeking financing through a participating commercial bank or financial institution. Total loans may not exceed $6 million.
Requirements
- Business must be located in New York State
- Apply through a participating commercial lender
- Lender makes the credit decision and submits application to ESD
