Eligibility
Eligible Oregon small businesses and startups, including manufacturers, may access SSBCI-backed financing through Business Oregon programs and participating lenders or investment partners.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible Oregon small business or startup
- Have an eligible financing need for startup, expansion, equipment, working capital, or related business purposes
- Apply through the relevant Business Oregon SSBCI program or participating financing partner
