The PA Business One-Stop Shop maintains statewide resources for entrepreneurs with disabilities who are starting or growing businesses in Pennsylvania.

Eligibility
Relevant applicants are Pennsylvania entrepreneurs with disabilities who are interested in self-employment, starting a business, or growing a disability-owned business and need referrals to OVR, JAN, ODEP, lending, or business planning resources.
Requirements
- Be an entrepreneur with a disability who is starting or operating a business in Pennsylvania.
- Use the PA Business One-Stop Shop disability-owned business resource page to identify appropriate support.
- Contact listed partners directly for counseling, business planning, funding-readiness, or referral help.
