Thriving by Three supports the creation and expansion of infant and toddler child care slots in New Jersey by funding eligible licensed child care providers and registered family child care providers. Notes: Most relevant for providers adding infant and toddler slots, including family child care homes.
Eligibility
Licensed child care centers and registered family child care providers in New Jersey that meet program requirements for creating or expanding infant and toddler capacity.
Requirements
- Submit provider information, licensing or registration status, expansion plan, budget, documentation of new infant and toddler slots, and required state forms.
