New or expanding warehousing and distribution companies in Tennessee that create net new full-time jobs. Discretionary program; TNECD approves based on project facts and circumstances.
Requirements
- Must create net new full-time positions (minimum 37.5 hours/week)
- New jobs must be maintained for at least 12 months
- Must offer health coverage to new employees
