Businesses locating or expanding qualifying office operations in downtown Columbus and creating eligible jobs and payroll.
Requirements
- Coordinate with city economic development before signing final commitments
- Document jobs, payroll, lease, location, and project timeline
- Enter incentive agreement and meet performance and annual reporting requirements
