Free SBA certification for Maryland veteran-owned (VOSB) and service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVOSB) small businesses enabling access to VA Vets First set-aside contracts and governmentwide SDVOSB sole-source and set-aside contracts; also accepted for Howard County, MD VOBE procurement program; Mid-Atlantic VBOC at UMD assists with the certification process.

Eligibility
Small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by a veteran (VOSB) or service-disabled veteran (SDVOSB); service-disabled status confirmed by VA or DoD; qualify as a small business under SBA size standards.
