About this program
The Missoula Redevelopment Agency uses tax increment financing to help implement adopted urban renewal plans. Assistance can support eligible public infrastructure, right-of-way improvements, environmental work, property redevelopment, and public improvements that advance district goals.
Eligibility
Property owners, developers, businesses, public partners, and projects located in eligible Missoula urban renewal districts.
Requirements
- Project must be in an eligible urban renewal district and align with adopted plans
- Submit project description, budget, public benefit, and financing gap information
- Receive MRA review, board approval, and an executed agreement before reimbursement
