About this program
Senior Companion Program grants fund organizations that engage volunteers age 55 and older to provide companionship and support to older adults and adults with disabilities who need help remaining independent.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, public agencies, tribal governments, and other organizations proposing Senior Companion programs and meeting federal requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants must submit project narrative, service area, volunteer recruitment plan, participant support model, budget, match information, performance measures, and required federal forms.
