About this program
HAAAD reimburses eligible New Jersey residents for hearing aid purchases, helping older adults and people with disabilities offset hearing aid costs. Deadline notes: Applications are generally accepted year-round, subject to eligibility and documentation. Notes: Senior-focused assistive health reimbursement; also serves eligible people with disabilities.
Eligibility
New Jersey residents who have hearing loss and are enrolled in PAAD or Lifeline or meet the age or disability, residency, and income criteria for those programs.
Requirements
- Submit the HAAAD application with proof of New Jersey residency, age or disability status, income eligibility, hearing aid purchase documentation, and required program forms.
