Eligibility
Projects located in an eligible Coeur d'Alene urban renewal district that advance adopted redevelopment plans and include qualifying public improvements or community benefits.
Requirements
- Confirm project location within an active urban renewal district
- Present project scope and public benefit to Ignite CDA
- Execute any required owner participation or reimbursement agreement
