Bernalillo County Economic Development supports business expansion and location projects through incentive tools, technical assistance, and project coordination. Assistance may include infrastructure support, local economic development act participation, industrial revenue bonds, or other project-specific financing tools.

Eligible businesses and development projects in Bernalillo County that create jobs, investment, or economic development benefit.
Requirements
- Project must meet county economic development and public benefit goals
- Submit project description, job and investment commitments, budget, financing, and requested assistance
- Receive county approvals and comply with performance, reporting, and clawback terms
