Federal program providing Native American-owned small businesses nine years of contracting assistance, training, and technical support; tribally owned firms may access higher sole-source thresholds and other enhanced benefits; open to Kansas Native American entrepreneurs and Kansas tribal enterprises.

Eligibility
Small businesses at least 51% owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including enrolled members of federally or state-recognized Indian tribes; tribally owned entities have additional benefits including higher sole-source thresholds.
Requirements
- At least 51% owned and controlled by a Native American individual or tribal entity
- Qualify as a small business under SBA size standards
- Demonstrate social and economic disadvantage (tribal enrollment satisfies social disadvantage with a narrative; economic disadvantage also required)
