Hiring Our Heroes, an initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, provides one-time grants of $10,000 or $25,000 to small businesses owned by veterans or military spouses. Eligible businesses must employ 3-20 employees, have annual revenue under $5 million, and operate in an economically vulnerable community or demonstrate financial hardship. The program also offers workforce development resources, networking opportunities, and educational support for veteran business owners. Hiring Our Heroes is the largest employer-focused veteran transition initiative in the U.S.
