Las Cruces uses redevelopment planning and business incentives to support reinvestment in targeted districts. MRA tools can help advance commercial revitalization, adaptive reuse, public improvements, and redevelopment projects that align with adopted plans.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, nonprofits, and public partners with eligible redevelopment projects in Las Cruces target areas.
Requirements
- Project must align with city redevelopment, corridor, or district plans
- Submit project description, budget, financing need, public benefit, and readiness information
- Receive city approvals and comply with agreement, reimbursement, and reporting requirements
