Elevate Rapid City administers a Downtown Facade Loan Program to support exterior facade restoration and improvement projects. Approved applicants execute loan documents before work begins and receive final payment after the facade project is complete and approved.
Eligibility
Eligible downtown Rapid City business or property owners with qualifying facade improvement projects that have not started before loan approval.
Requirements
- Apply to Elevate Rapid City before starting the facade project
- Provide project scope, contractor estimates, property information, photos, and owner or tenant authorization
- Execute loan documents and complete work to program standards before final disbursement
