Eligibility
Eligible property owners or businesses in the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority district may apply for approved exterior improvements.
Requirements
- Submit DDA facade improvement application
- Receive DDA review and approval
- Complete approved improvements and submit reimbursement documentation
