Kentucky Small Business Credit Initiative — Loan Participation Program
KEDFA purchases up to 20% of a small business loan to enable participating lenders to originate larger loans to Kentucky small businesses including retailers who may not otherwise qualify.

Eligibility
For-profit small businesses in Kentucky working with a participating lender. Business must be unable to obtain adequate credit on reasonable terms through normal lending channels.
Requirements
- Must be a for-profit small business based in Kentucky
- Must work through a participating KSBCI lender
- Lender must determine business is creditworthy
