About this program
The MTA Small Business Development Program helps small and diverse contractors pursue MTA work through mentoring, training, contract opportunities, access to working capital, surety bonding support, and fast-track payments.
Eligibility
New York State-certified MWBEs, certified DBEs, SDVOBs, and small businesses meeting MTA program requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants must meet certification or small business eligibility, complete program assessment and training, and comply with MTA contract requirements.
