About this program
The Encouraging Development Growth and Expansion Grant Competition provides matching grant funding to qualified Delaware small businesses in STEM and Entrepreneur categories to help them scale operations, buy equipment, improve facilities, or commercialize products.
Eligibility
Delaware small businesses in operation fewer than seven years, with fewer than ten full-time employees, and meeting category, match, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Apply during an open EDGE competition round
- Provide business plan, project budget, matching funds, financials, tax compliance, pitch materials, and use-of-funds narrative
- Participate in review or pitch process and complete grant agreement and reporting if awarded
