About this program
The ReStore Reno Facade and Tenant Improvement Program is funded by the Reno Redevelopment Agency to stimulate economic development and revitalize downtown and surrounding districts. It provides matching grants to property owners and business tenants for facade improvements and interior upgrades in Redevelopment Areas 1 and 2.
Eligibility
Property owners and business tenants in Reno Redevelopment Areas 1 and 2 with eligible exterior or interior improvement projects.
Requirements
- Project property must be located in an eligible Reno redevelopment area
- Submit application, scope of work, bids, design materials, ownership or tenant authorization, and match documentation
- Enter a grant agreement and receive approval before beginning reimbursable work
