Eligible community-based organizations, nonprofits, and project sponsors with qualifying Hawaii economic development initiatives, including Maui projects.
Requirements
- Apply during an open CBED grant opportunity
- Submit project plan, budget, community benefit, organizational capacity, and economic impact information
- Meet state grant agreement, reporting, and eligible expense requirements
