Eligibility
Eligible Connecticut municipalities, regional councils of governments, and agricultural nonprofit organizations.
Requirements
- Must be a Connecticut municipality, regional COG, or agricultural nonprofit
- Tier 1: Maximum $5,000, 25% cash or in-kind match, projects up to 18 months
- Tier 2: Maximum $49,999, 40% cash or in-kind match, projects up to 24 months
