Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) – Retail Project Fund
State grant funding for land, buildings, and infrastructure to support retail business development in qualifying New Mexico municipalities.

Eligibility
Retail businesses located in municipalities with a population of 10,000 or less, or municipalities with a population over 35,000 using local LEDA funds. Must be a for-profit business engaged primarily in retail sale of goods.
Requirements
- Business must be located in an eligible New Mexico municipality
- Municipality must have passed a LEDA ordinance
- Submit demonstration of financial soundness and readiness to proceed
