Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Ohio businesses that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by qualifying minority owners, including Native American owners, and meet Ohio MBE certification requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more qualifying Native American or other minority owners.
- Operate as a business in Ohio and register with the Ohio Secretary of State when required.
- Submit ownership, control, tax, formation, and management documentation.
