About this program
The Department of Small and Local Business Development's Robust Retail Citywide Grant supports existing DC-based retail businesses with reimbursement grants for operating expenses and business viability needs such as rent, payroll, inventory, marketing, and related costs.
Eligibility
Existing DC-based retail businesses that meet DSLBD eligibility requirements and did not receive a FY2025 Robust Retail Citywide award.
Requirements
- Operate an eligible retail business in the District of Columbia
- Submit a complete grant application by the posted deadline
- Provide business license, tax, ownership, location, and eligible expense documentation
