Downtown Corpus Christi businesses, tenants, and property owners with eligible signage projects in the TIRZ #3 district.
Requirements
- Review signage eligibility and city code requirements
- Submit signage design, quote, location, property authorization, and application materials
- Receive approval before installation and submit paid invoices for reimbursement
