Eligibility
Businesses and real estate projects in qualifying low-income communities in New Mexico. Construction projects that create jobs or provide services to low-income residents may be eligible for financing through NMTC-allocated funds.
Requirements

- Project must create economic benefit for low-income residents or businesses
- Application submitted to NMFA or NMTC allocatee
