Eligibility
Hawaii-based small businesses that have never received a federal SBIR or STTR award and are using a vetted HTDC grant writing contractor.
Requirements
- Must be a Hawaii-based small business
- Must be a first-time SBIR/STTR applicant
- Must use an HTDC-vetted grant writing contractor
