CEI WBC South – BIPOC Women's Business Navigator Program (Portland)

Cohort-based business development program at CEI WBC South specifically for Black, Brown, Indigenous, and other diverse racial/ethnic minority entrepreneurs in southern Maine; confirmed active with two cohorts completed (20 graduates) and a third cohort planned; led by Grace Mo-Phillips; includes one-on-one advising, business skill development, peer learning, and networking; confirmed active as of February 2025.

Eligibility

Aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs in southern Maine who identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous, or other diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds; immigrant entrepreneurs explicitly welcomed.
