Eligibility
Eligible Alabama nonprofit economic development entities, municipalities, counties, industrial development boards or authorities, chambers, foundations, or similar entities working on qualified industrial sites.
Requirements
- Apply through the SEEDS program process administered with EDPA support
- Provide local match and site-development documentation
- Use funds for eligible site assessment, planning, or industrial site readiness activities
