Bridgeport facade and commercial corridor programs support exterior improvements such as signage, windows, lighting, awnings, paint, accessibility, and storefront upgrades that improve neighborhood business districts.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners or tenants with owner authorization located in eligible Bridgeport commercial corridors or redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Apply before starting facade work
- Provide property information, photos, scope of work, contractor estimates, owner authorization, and permits if required
- Complete approved improvements and submit invoices and completion photos
