The ERZ Tax Credit provides New Hampshire business tax credits for eligible projects in designated zones that invest in plant or equipment and create jobs.

Eligibility
Manufacturers and other businesses located in approved New Hampshire Economic Revitalization Zones may qualify when they make direct investments in plant or equipment and create at least one new job within the designated zone.
Requirements
- Operate or invest in a project physically located within an approved New Hampshire Economic Revitalization Zone.
- Make direct investment in plant or equipment and create at least one new direct job.
- Complete Form ERZ-2 and required supporting project documentation.
