WVEDA Commercial Loan Insurance Program (CLINS) for Transportation
WVEDA insures up to 80% of a commercial bank loan (up to $500,000) for West Virginia transportation businesses that cannot obtain conventional financing for equipment, vehicles, or operations.

Eligibility
West Virginia-based transportation, trucking, and logistics businesses that cannot obtain conventional bank financing. Funds for fixed assets or working capital. Construction loans and lines of credit do not qualify.
Requirements
- Business must be based in West Virginia
