California arts and creative-sector employers paying into the ETP employer payroll tax fund. Pay-for-performance model requires demonstrated worker retention after training.
Requirements
- Must be a California employer paying into the ETP fund
- Training must be skills-based and occupationally specific
- Must enter into ETP contract prior to training
