Eligibility
Kentucky-based employers in eligible sectors that invest in approved skills training programs for their employees. May be combined with GIA grants. Construction and trades businesses delivering approved training are eligible.
Requirements
- Must be a Kentucky-based employer in an eligible sector
- Training program must be reviewed and approved by BSSC Board
- Tax credit applies to Kentucky state income tax liability
