Loans and grants for food service businesses that improve healthy food access in low-resource Kansas communities. Supports grocery stores, farmers markets, food hubs, and other food retail outlets that accept SNAP benefits.

Eligibility
For-profit businesses, nonprofit corporations, agricultural cooperatives, public benefit corporations, and public food cooperatives. Must expand healthy food offerings in low-resource, underserved areas and accept or plan to accept SNAP benefits.
