Eligibility
Business must be 51% or more owned and controlled by minority individuals (MBE: minority men; MWBE: minority women; CBE: combination of non-minority women and minority men; SEDBE: socially/economically disadvantaged non-minority men, case-by-case). U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
