About this program
The Loop Special Business District supports district services, promotion, beautification, and improvements in University City's Delmar Loop commercial area, helping maintain and strengthen one of the region's major retail and entertainment corridors.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, property owners, and public/private partners with projects or activities benefiting the Loop Special Business District.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Loop Special Business District or city staff
- Confirm location and alignment with district priorities
- Submit project, budget, public benefit, and approval materials when support is available
