Eligibility
Maine businesses and property owners with qualifying clean energy or energy efficiency projects. 40% of funds must be deployed to low-income and disadvantaged communities (LIDACs).

- Must be a commercial or residential property owner or developer
- Apply through Efficiency Maine Green Bank or participating lenders
