Eligibility
Eligible businesses must meet North Carolina HUB standards, including at least 51 percent ownership and control by qualifying historically underutilized owners such as American Indian owners.
Requirements
- Register in the North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal.
- Apply for HUB certification through the Statewide Uniform Certification process.
- Document qualifying American Indian ownership, management, and control.
