Port of Seattle Economic Development Partnership Program
Per-capita grants of $10,000–$60,000 to small King County cities (under 200,000 population) to fund economic development projects supporting Port-related industries — aviation, maritime, construction trades, and green jobs. Cities use funds for technical assistance, signage/wayfinding, and capital improvements.

Indirect benefit to businesses through city-led programs. Currently 28 King County cities participate. Useful for small businesses to engage with their city's economic development office about leveraging these funds.
Eligibility
City governments in King County with populations under 200,000. Not direct-to-business, but cities may use funds to support local business programs. Requires 50% match (up to 25% in-kind).
